You are currently viewing the VTC information as a guest. You will need to have an account in the VTC conference in order to participate and have full access in the live conference.

If you are submitting a presentation or are a vendor, create an account on your own NOW.

If you are a participant only, a conference account will be created for you when you official registration for the ESC Region XI VTC conference using the
ESC Region XI workshop catalog system.

If you have not officially registered through the ESC Region XI workshop catalog system after the conference has started your VTC account will be denied access to the conference.

Here are the steps to create a VTC account:

  • Click the "Create New Account" button at the bottom of this message and fill out the "New Account" form with your details. If someone else has already chosen your username then you will have to try again using a different username.
  • A confirmation email will be immediately sent to your email address. Be aware that your spam filter could capture this message and you will have to be able to retrieve those messages in order to confirm your account. Contact cswiderski@esc11.net if you do not receive the confirmation email and your account will be confirmed manually.
  • Read your email, and click on the web link it contains.
  • Your account will be confirmed and you will be logged in.
  • Now, select "Prospective Presenters" from the conference menu for directions to enter your presentation submission. Select "Vendors" from the conference menu to complete the vendor process. More options from the menu will be available when the conference starts.
  • From now on you will only need to enter your personal username and password (in the form on this page) to log in and access the conference.
