Announcements

Dear VTC Participant:

Thank you for attending the second annual ESC Region XI Virtual Technology Conference (VTC). By all accounts, this year's conference was a resounding success, and we're glad you could be a part of it.

So that we may continue to shape and improve our conference to better meet your needs, we'd appreciate it if you'd take a brief moment to complete a conference evaluation survey. Please take a moment to complete this evaluation. Your feedback is important! Your responses are anonymous, unless you choose to provide your name. Click on the Conference Evaluation Form link from the Main Menu to access.

Now's your chance to give us input about the activities and content you'd like to see at next year's conference.

RECORDINGS

You have one year at the conclusion of the 09 conference for access to the recordings.

CPE RECORD OF ATTENDANCE

For each recorded presentation watched, when the facilitator handed out an electronic CPE stamp file, you MUST collect those stamps in the CPE Record of Attendance area by saving the file and then uploading that file to the CPE Record of Attendance area. You can submit up to 12 CPE hours of credit. The deadline for submission of all credit is Thursday November 19th by 6pm. No credit for attendance can be provided without the verification of attendance by your CPE stamp collection and submission and no late submissions will be accepted.

A certificate of completion is awarded at the end of the conference based on your recorded participation for either live or recorded presentations. The certificate is emailed to your registration email address along with a short survey. If you do not receive this email within two weeks of the end of the conference go to https://mis.esc11.net and retrieve your certificate from your Transcripts within the ESC Region XI system.

NEXT YEAR

Please put November 9-12, 2010 on your calendar for the next VTC!

Warm Regards

VTC team
