Follow these directions to Access a Webinar offered by ESC Region XI or a School District.

- Register for the Webinar using the ESC Region XI Workshop Registration system (if the Webinar is offered by ESC Region XI), or follow any registration procedure for a District-Sponsored Webinar if required.
- If you have not attended an ELive Webinar on your computer, click on Configuration Room to pre-configure your system, test your connection and configure your audio.
- Enter your name and no password
- You will be prompted to download software. You must allow these downloads to join a session.
- Report any error in entering to the Site Administrator (list provided) for the organization. Please attempt the Troubleshooting Techniques and report according to the errors provided in that document.
- You Are Prepared! See "Attending"
Attending:
- From http://moodle.esc11.net, use the Webinar drop down list from the navigation bar or in the Webinar column of the body of the page and click on ESC Region XI or the School District that is offering the Webinar.
- Click on the Webinar title listed.
- If the Webinar is not listed on the front page, search by the title or date to find the Webinar in the listing.
- The link will not be active until 30 minutes before the scheduled time which is allowed for early check-in.
- Follow the steps outlined to enter your email address, name, and password if required, and then, click the Log in button. Please use your First and Last Name as the Display Name when logging in.

Viewing Recordings:
- From http://moodle.esc11.net, click on the ESC Region XI or the School District link provided that offered the Webinar.
- Click on the Recordings tab
- Click on the Webinar title.
- If the Webinar is not listed on the front page, search by the title or date to find the Webinar in the listing.
- If a password was required for a live session the same password will be required to view the recording.
