For access to an Elluminate ELive Webinar you'll need to take a minute to create a new account for yourself on this web site.

Preparing:
1. Click the "Create New Account" button below and fill out the New Account form with your details. For Webinars with a fee this MUST be done at least 2 days before the scheduled event or you could be denied access.
2. Review the Terms of Use at http://moodle.esc11.net/elive/file.php/1/TermsofUse.pdf and provided in the New Account form.
3. Check the box to accept the terms of use.
4. Click the "Create my new account" button at the bottom of the page.
5. Write down your username and password for future reference.
6. An email will be immediately sent to your email address for account confirmation. Please check your spam if you do not receive the email immediately.
7. Read your email, and click on the web link it contains.
8. Your account will be confirmed and you will be logged in.
9. Contact cswiderski@esc11.net if you are not able to confirm and a manual confirmation will be done!
10. Your ELive account has been successfully completed! Logout
11. You can now access the organization's ELive Webinars at the appropriate time they are scheduled. From now on you will only need to visit http://moodle.esc11.net and enter your personal username and password when prompted to log in and access any Webinar that an organization offers in which you are enrolled in.

* In order to assure that your computer is configured correctly to join an Elluminate ELive Webinar, follow the "Preparing For A Webinar" directions at http://moodle.esc11.net. This should be done before the scheduled session time.

Attending:
1. Login to the "Organization" that is offering the Elluminate ELive session from the Online Learning Center @ ESC 11 at http://moodle.esc11.net by clicking on the entity's name i.e ESC Region XI.
2. If prompted, Enroll using the "enrolment key" provided by the organization. Required only at initial entry and unique to that organization's site. See the Site Administrator for each organization to obtain the enrolment key.
3. Click on the Webinar title.
4. Click on the "Join Meeting" link at the bottom of the description.
* The link will not appear until 30 minutes before the scheduled time for check-in.

Recordings:
1. Repeat the "Attending" steps 1-3 above.
2. Click on the "Play recording" link.
* It may take several hours for the link to appear after an event ends.
